The group is a private group hosted on WhatsApp, and every single day I’ll post a YouTube video of a workout (10-20 minutes long). I’ve also added the option of a 20-minute moderate intensity walk if you can’t do the workout.
The purpose of the challenge is simple: to get you into a routine with your fitness life!
It can be super hard to fit in a workout or a walk, but with a little bit of accountability and a video every day (so you don’t have to search for one!), this challenge can be perfect for you.
